Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding fashion and apparel inquiries.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction with their shopping experience.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all communications.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for quality improvement purposes.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet targets and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
  • Strong passion for fashion and customer service.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry.
  • Enthusiasm for helping customers find the right fashion products
