Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding fashion products, sizing, availability, and order status.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure effective tracking and resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve services.
  • Stay informed about current fashion trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in fashion and a good understanding of apparel trends.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
