Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients across multiple channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to fashion products and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional attitude during every interaction.
  • Document customer interactions to streamline future service efforts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer experiences and meet service goals.
  • Participate in training sessions to keep up with fashion trends and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Polish, both in writing and speaking, is crucial. Please ensure that your nationality and native language are explicitly mentioned in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
  • A genuine interest in fashion and customer service.
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • A team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced fashion environment
