Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative within the Fashion & Apparel Department of a renowned company. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fashion and dedicated to delivering exceptional service to Nordic-speaking customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries related to fashion and apparel products.
  • Assist customers with product selections, order placements, and tracking shipments.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  • Promote a positive brand image through professional and friendly customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
  • Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
  • A keen interest in fashion and a genuine passion for customer service.
