As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist Hebrew-speaking customers with their inquiries, providing guidance on products and services while ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients regarding fashion and apparel inquiries.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and returns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Quickly resolve customer issues and inquiries to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to help improve overall service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and goals.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on fashion trends and company products.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • A genuine passion for fashion and customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to approach problems with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for fashion and desire to help customers find their perfect items
