This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about fashion and dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients in the fashion industry.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to fashion products.
- Assist customers with order placements, product information, returns, and exchanges.
- Provide styling advice and product recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain updated knowledge of current fashion trends, products, and promotions to assist clients effectively.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to improving customer service strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and enhancing customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail sector.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to provide fashion advice and style recommendations.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for fashion and adhering to the latest trends.
