This role is ideal for individuals passionate about health and wellness and dedicated to providing exceptional service to Flemish-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Flemish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about health and wellness products, including product information, suitability, and benefits.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and maintain updated records.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in health and wellness to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and service quality is enhanced.
- Promote a positive customer experience by actively listening and addressing customer needs.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the health and wellness or retail sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centered approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively and provide solutions to customer inquiries.
- Proficient with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in health and wellness products and a passion for helping customers.
