Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce a great opportunity for a Flemish Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Airline Reservations Department of a leading airline. This role is tailored for individuals who are passionate about travel and possess excellent communication skills, eager to assist Flemish-speaking customers with their travel arrangements.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Flemish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and inquiries about airline policies and services.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and ensure timely resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Stay updated on the airline's routes, services, and promotional offers to provide relevant information to clients.
- Promote a positive image of the airline while engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or airline industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A strong interest in travel and helping customers plan their journeys.
