Your Responsibilities- Assist customers in Hebrew with airline reservations and inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide accurate and timely information on flights, fares, and travel policies.
- Handle reservations, changes, and cancellations efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize reservation processes and customer service.
- Adhere to industry regulations and company policies for airline reservations.
Requirements
- Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Passion for travel, customer service, and assisting passengers.
- Experience in a customer service role, especially in travel or airline industry, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reservation management.
- Flexibility to work in shifts as per airline operation requirements.
