Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients regarding airline reservations.
- Assist customers with booking flights, changing itineraries, and answering inquiries.
- Resolve issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Document customer interactions accurately to enhance future service quality.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet departmental goals.
- Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge of airline policies and systems.
Requirements
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required.
- A passion for customer service and a commitment to helping others.
- Experience in customer service, especially in the travel or airline industry, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn about airline operations and stay updated on policies.
- Enthusiasm for travel and customer engagement
