This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about beauty and skincare, and are committed to providing excellent service to Flemish-speaking customers.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Flemish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding beauty and skincare products, including recommendations and usage guidance.
- Address customer concerns and complaints swiftly, providing effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system for future reference.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to offer knowledgeable support.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and service quality.
- Encourage customer engagement by fostering a positive and inviting interaction atmosphere.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the beauty or skincare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and effective organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in beauty and skincare products, along with a passion for helping customers.
