This role is perfect for individuals passionate about travel and dedicated to providing outstanding service to Flemish-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Flemish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about travel packages, bookings, and itinerary changes.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Stay up to date with the latest travel trends, packages, and company offerings to provide customers with relevant information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and respond to customer needs.
- Promote a positive customer experience through friendly interactions and thorough assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and inquiries while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to resolving customer issues.
- A genuine passion for travel and helping customers create memorable experiences.
