We are currently looking for a Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Online Auction & Bidding Platform Department. This role is perfect for individuals who have a strong passion for customer service and online marketplaces.
Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support to Flemish-speaking clients utilizing the online auction and bidding platform through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account setup, bidding processes, and platform features.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a positive user experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records of queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer concerns and improve service delivery.
- Keep customers informed about platform updates, promotional offers, and best practices for successful bidding.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to recommend improvements to the platform.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or support, preferably in online marketplaces or auction platforms.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary.
