This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education technology and dedicated to providing exceptional support to clients while helping them enhance their learning experiences.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Flemish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to online courses, educational platforms, and user account management.
- Guide users through troubleshooting processes, ensuring they have access to the learning resources they need.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving to resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and provide valuable feedback regarding user needs.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's educational offerings and technology tools.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to developing FAQs and support documentation.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, helpful guidance to users.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- A genuine interest in education and technology, with a desire to help others succeed in their learning journeys.
