This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and providing exceptional service to customers in the Flemish-speaking community.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Flemish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general shopping assistance.
- Process orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to accurately assist customers.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly for record-keeping and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an online retail or e-commerce environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A passion for online retail and helping customers find the products they need.
