This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about eCommerce and dedicated to providing exceptional service to Flemish-speaking customers.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding their inquiries and concerns related to online shopping.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issues related to returns and refunds.
- Resolve customer complaints swiftly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues, improve service processes, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in eCommerce and the company's product offerings to provide highly knowledgeable assistance.
- Promote a positive brand image and a welcoming environment for all customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the eCommerce sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in customer service tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for online shopping and a keen interest in customer satisfaction.
