This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and financial services and are committed to providing high-quality support to Flemish-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat in relation to online payment solutions.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding payment processes, account management, and troubleshooting payment issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records in the company's systems.
- Stay updated on the latest payment trends, features, and security protocols to provide informed assistance to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and enhance service delivery.
- Foster positive client relationships by providing timely and effective support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the financial or technology sector, is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively address customer issues.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
