Responsibilities- Connect with Dutch-speaking clients to evaluate their online payment needs and propose customized solutions.
- Assist clients in the integration and usage of our online payment platforms.
- Deliver ongoing training and support to enhance client familiarity with our services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes in online payments.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to facilitate continuous improvement of services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Familiarity with online payment solutions and financial technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or consulting, particularly in the fintech sector, is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
