Key Responsibilities- Engage with Italian-speaking clients to assess their online payment needs and challenges.
- Provide customized recommendations and solutions for effective online payment processing.
- Assist clients with the integration and implementation of payment systems.
- Conduct training sessions and deliver ongoing support to ensure clients maximize their use of payment solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and innovations to offer clients the latest payment technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and overall client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience with online payment systems, e-commerce, or consulting in a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to tailor solutions to specific client needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
