Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional consultancy services to Czech-speaking clients regarding online payment solutions.
- Assist clients with the onboarding process and configure payment systems according to their specifications.
- Monitor transaction processes and troubleshoot any issues to ensure a seamless experience.
- Educate clients on compliance issues and security measures relevant to the payments landscape.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate client feedback and improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and solutions provided in our CRM.
Requirements
