Responsibilities- Engage with Czech-speaking clients to assess their needs and preferences regarding online payment solutions.
- Provide customized advice and support in the implementation and enhancement of online payment systems for various enterprises.
- Analyze clients' existing payment processes thoroughly and recommend actionable improvements for better efficiency and security.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement comprehensive solutions that satisfy client expectations.
- Guide clients through complex payment regulations and compliance matters.
- Stay informed on industry developments and technological trends in online payment solutions to provide clients with relevant information.
- Foster and maintain trust-based relationships with clients through exemplary service and communication.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English; additional languages are considered a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in consulting, particularly in the field of online payment solutions or financial technology.
- In-depth understanding of payment systems, gateways, and relevant compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and strategic planning.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to clients effectively.
