Key Responsibilities- Engage with Nordic-speaking clients to assess their unique online payment challenges and needs.
- Offer tailored recommendations on online payment solutions that align with client objectives and enhance user experience.
- Assist clients with the integration and implementation of customized payment platforms.
- Provide training and ongoing support to clients post-implementation to ensure smooth operation.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and innovations in the online payment landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in online payment systems, e-commerce, or client-facing consulting roles.
- Strong analytical skills to effectively assess client needs and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building strong client relationships.
- Familiarity with various online payment platforms and best practices in payment security.
- A proactive self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
