Responsibilities- Connect with German-speaking clients to assess their specific online payment requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Help clients with the integration and optimization of our online payment systems for seamless operations.
- Provide ongoing training and support to clients, sharing best practices to enhance their user experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified approach in addressing client solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and legal regulations affecting online payment solutions.
- Document client interactions to gather feedback and drive improvements in our services.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of online payment systems and financial technology.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or consulting, particularly in the fintech space, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
