Responsibilities- Engage with German-speaking clients to comprehend their needs regarding online payment solutions.
- Provide customized advice and assistance in the implementation and optimization of online payment systems tailored to various business contexts.
- Thoroughly analyze clients' existing payment processes and recommend practical improvements to enhance efficiency and security.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to design and deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client requirements.
- Assist clients in navigating the complexities of payment regulations and compliance obligations.
- Keep abreast of industry advancements and trends in online payment solutions to provide clients with updated insights.
- Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through exemplary service and communication.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Proven experience in consulting, particularly in the online payment solutions or financial technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, gateways, and relevant compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills focused on problem-solving and strategic planning.
