- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that address client needs.
- Assist clients in navigating complex payment regulations and compliance requirements.

- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through excellent service and communication.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Proven experience in consulting, particularly within online payment solutions or financial technology.
- Strong knowledge of payment systems, gateways, and related compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics platforms is a plus.
