Key Responsibilities- Consult with Spanish-speaking clients to assess their online payment requirements.
- Provide tailored advice on suitable online payment solutions and systems that optimize client operations.
- Assist clients with the setup, integration, and implementation of payment solutions.
- Offer training and continue to provide support to ensure the effective utilization of payment systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in online payments.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive client satisfaction and improve service offerings.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in online payment systems, e-commerce, or consulting roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster client loyalty.
- Understanding of various online payment platforms and secure payment practices.
