Your Responsibilities- Deliver top-quality consultancy services to Spanish-speaking clients regarding our online payment solutions.
- Guide clients through the onboarding and implementation processes of customized payment systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot payment transactions to ensure seamless operations.
- Educate clients on payment compliance, security protocols, and best practices.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address client feedback and enhance service delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and solutions provided in our CRM system.
Requirements
