Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional consultancy services to Slovak-speaking clients regarding our online payment solutions.
- Assist clients with the onboarding and implementation of payment systems tailored to their specific needs.
- Monitor transaction processes and provide troubleshooting support to ensure optimal operations.
- Educate clients on payment compliance and security protocols relevant to their transactions.
- Work closely with technical teams to gather and implement client feedback for service enhancements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and solutions in our CRM.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Please indicate your native language and nationality in your cover letter and application.
- Experience in customer service, consultancy, or the payment industry is preferred.
