Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding consultancy services to French-speaking clients regarding online payment solutions.
- Assist clients in the implementation and customization of payment systems according to their unique needs.
- Monitor transaction processes while troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Educate clients on payment compliance and security protocols relevant to their industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings based on client feedback.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and solutions within our CRM system.
Requirements
