Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional consultancy services to Nordic-speaking clients regarding online payment solutions.
- Assist clients in the onboarding process and implement customized payment systems.
- Oversee transaction processes and provide troubleshooting support to ensure seamless operations.
- Educate clients on payment compliance and security measures relevant to their market.
- Collaborate with technical teams to enhance service offerings based on client feedback.
- Keep detailed documentation of client interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Please mention your native language and nationality in your cover letter and application.
- Experience in customer service, consultancy, or the payments industry is preferred.
- A strong grasp of online payment processes and technology is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information clearly.
