Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding consultancy services to Dutch-speaking clients regarding our online payment solutions.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process and assist in implementing tailored payment systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot transaction processes to ensure optimal performance.
- Educate clients on payment compliance regulations and security best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate client feedback and enhance our services.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and solutions provided in our CRM.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Please state your native language and nationality in your cover letter and application.
