This position is ideal for individuals who possess a passion for the hospitality industry and are dedicated to delivering outstanding service to Flemish-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to Flemish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with hotel reservations, inquiries about accommodations, and travel arrangements.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues related to hospitality services promptly and effectively.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and reservations in the company's system.
- Collaborate with hotel personnel and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about the latest promotions, hospitality trends, and service offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
- Foster a welcoming and professional environment for all clients to ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage customer inquiries and complaints with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a dedication to enhancing the customer experience.
