This role is perfect for individuals enthusiastic about the hospitality industry and dedicated to providing exceptional service to Czech-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Offer high-quality customer service to Czech-speaking clients across various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with hotel reservations, inquiries about accommodations, and travel-related services.
- Provide detailed information on facilities, pricing, and availability to help clients make informed decisions.
- Handle bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism, aiming for complete customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with hotel partners and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and local attractions to provide personalized recommendations.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, especially within the hospitality or travel industry, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations effectively.
- Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and customer service software.
