Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to declare an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Hotel Reservations and Hospitality Department. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the travel industry and dedicated to providing excellent customer experiences in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients, assisting them with hotel reservations, inquiries, and special requests.
- Manage bookings and confirmations while ensuring all customer needs are met throughout the reservation process.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, providing comprehensive information to enhance their stay.
- Address any complaints or issues with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with hotel staff and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the hospitality or tourism sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and customer service software.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- A genuine passion for travel and helping customers create memorable experiences.
