Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for German-speaking professionals to join the Hotel Reservations & Hospitality Department As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring guests have an exceptional experience during their stay. This position allows you to engage with German-speaking clients, assisting them with hotel reservations and offering information about services and amenities. If you are passionate about hospitality and providing outstanding service, we want you on our team
Your Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking guests via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with hotel reservations, changes, and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a warm and welcoming attitude to create a positive experience for guests.
- Accurately document guest interactions to support service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated on hotel services, policies, and local attractions to offer valuable information to guests.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is stated in your application.
- Strong passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality sector, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- A desire to contribute to a positive guest experience and build strong relationships
