Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Flemish-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to public transport services, schedules, ticketing, and general travel information.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of public transport policies, routes, and services to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions accurately, including feedback and suggestions for service improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries.
- Promote awareness of public transport services and upcoming changes or improvements to the service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the public sector or transport services, is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in public transport and a desire to improve customer experiences.
