This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and satisfaction of public transport users while being a key point of contact for German-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients regarding public transport services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about schedules, ticketing, routes, and general transport services.
- Resolve complaints and issues in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address recurring inquiries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of public transport policies, routes, and services to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Foster positive customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat usage of services.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the public transport or services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
