Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to public transport services, schedules, and ticketing.
- Resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Document customer interactions accurately to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in training sessions to stay informed about public transport policies and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong commitment to customer service and helping the community.
- Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
