This position is ideal for individuals passionate about providing excellent customer support and facilitating efficient public transport experiences for Spanish-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding public transport services.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to routes, schedules, ticketing, and general travel information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues swiftly, ensuring a positive experience with public transport services.
- Provide information about promotional offers and transportation options to enhance customer awareness.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain thorough records for quality assurance.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to address complex inquiries and improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about changes in public transport services and policies to provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the transport or public service sector.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive inquiries and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
