In this vital role, you will provide essential support to Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, ticketing issues, and general information about public transport services. Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to ticketing, schedules, routes, and service updates.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and ensure complete satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for proper tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with transit staff and other departments to facilitate smooth operations and serve customer needs.
- Stay informed about public transport policies, updates, and services to deliver knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in customer service, especially in public transport or government services, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and a strong grasp of basic computer applications.
- Able to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
