This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about public service and want to assist Spanish-speaking clients in navigating transportation services.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding public transport services, schedules, fare information, and ticketing.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records within the company's system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address service-related issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations, services, and policies to provide up-to-date information to customers.
- Promote a positive image of the Public Transport Services Department by engaging with the community and supporting customer needs.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, especially in public service or transportation sectors, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in customer service software and standard office applications.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, as required by the department's schedule.
