Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Public Transport Services Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about public transport and committed to providing top-notch service to Nordic-speaking customers.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries regarding public transport services.
- Assist customers with timetables, ticket purchases, route planning, and general inquiries about the transport system.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and address customer needs effectively.
- Stay updated on public transport policies, service changes, and community events to provide informed assistance.
- Promote a positive and engaging customer experience while advocating for the public transport services provided.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the public transport or service industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proficient with customer service applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
- A genuine interest in public transport and helping customers navigate their travel options.
