In this position, you will assist customers who speak various Nordic languages with their inquiries regarding public transport services, ensuring they receive accurate information and support. Your Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries, offering solutions and assistance about public transport services.
- Maintain professionalism and a friendly demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the database for quality assurance.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to build product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Icelandic) is mandatory. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
- Strong commitment to customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
