Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding public transport services, fare information, routes, and schedules.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure efficient tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless experience.
- Stay informed about current transport services, system updates, and relevant policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance user satisfaction and trust.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service roles, preferably within the public transport or service industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
