This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about fashion and dedicated to providing exceptional service to Spanish-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to fashion products, sizing, order status, and promotions.
- Guide customers in their shopping experiences by offering style advice and product recommendations.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the latest fashion trends and the company's product offerings.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records.
- Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to ensure accurate product availability information is communicated to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for fashion and keeping up with current trends.
