Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to health and wellness products.
- Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback for service improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to meet customer needs and enhance overall service.
- Stay updated on health and wellness products to better assist customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
- A strong passion for health and wellness, with a desire to help customers.
- Experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathize with customers and address their needs proactively.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the health and wellness sector
