Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with banking inquiries, account management, and product information.
- Handle issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and services.
- Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with your team to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions to continually improve your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a customer service or banking role is preferred.
- Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural environment.
