Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP is looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative for a remote position based in Greece. Key Responsibilities- Respond to inquiries from German-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with banking services, account management, and financial products.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure a high level of satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery processes.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on banking regulations and services.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer service.
- Experience in customer service or banking is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
