Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with Czech-speaking customers through various communication channels, providing outstanding service and support.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to banking products, account management, and financial services.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of the bank's products and services to assist customers accurately.
  • Document customer interactions meticulously for accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery and improve customer experiences.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to advance your expertise in banking.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer orientation.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a banking context, is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with an emphasis on maintaining high service standards.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive approach.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens and immerse yourself in a new cultural experience.
