Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with banking inquiries, account details, and product offerings.
- Address and resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Stay informed about the latest banking products and services available.
- Accurately document customer interactions for future reference and support.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance your understanding of the banking industry.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer experience.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in banking or finance.
- Ability to manage inquiries and problem-solve effectively under pressure.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
- Team player with a positive and proactive approach.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens and embrace a new cultural adventure.
